Welcome to the Interview Question Generator that has been created by the Northern Health Recruitment Department. This Generator will help guide hiring managers through the interview process.

The Generator allows you to search the database of relevant interview questions by key word or by competency, choose the questions you would like to use, add your own questions and then print out a final document to be used by your panel during the interview process.

Tips: There are quick video tutorials that are accessible at any time by clicking on "Tutorials" from the menu bar.
